The Southern Growl: Indiegogo Launch Party
Here’s a few things about me you probably didn’t know if you only know me through my blog:
- I really love good food, good drinks, and good people
- My boyfrand works at a craft beer bar, The Southern Growl.
- This post is all about both of the above.
Up till now, they were a craft beer bar only, but they just launched an Indiegogo campaign for an expansion that will turn that bar into a gastropub. If you’re local then you should definitely go support them, or if you’re not local then you should still go support them! Tonight, they had a stellar launch party for the campaign.
This expansion is welcome because since the beer and the people who run the joint are great they often run out of space quickly. The best part of the expansion is that they will be adding food to the menu, and tonight we got a taste of what’s to come.
On their campaign they have a lot of great perks that you can get when you choose to sponsor. For example, myself and some friends decided to snag ourselves the chance to come in for “The Ultimate Tasting Experience” where we will get to try every beer on tap, that’s 60 if you didn’t already know, on this MEGA FLIGHT.
Overall, it was a great night. I’m looking forward to the expansion, and everything that it will bring for them and Greer.
